A buffet breakfast is included in the room rate from 8-10am in our lightfilled space on the top floor.

It features a mix of savoury goods, prosciutto, and local cheeses, freshly baked pastries and frothy cappuccinos.

Front desk reception is from 8am to 7.30pm every day.

For late arrivals there is a self check-in procedure which will be emailed to you. We are always contactable 24/7 on +39 055 4648 555. Please inform us of the time of your arrival.
Check-in is from 12 – 4pm, check-out from 8 – 11am.

Children from 0 to 3 years are our guests. Over 3 years old the cost is 30 euros per night for the extra bed.

OltrarnoSplendid is on the top two floors of an ancient Florentine palazzo which can be reached by an elevator. Please note there is only an internal spiral staircase to link the two floors.
